What did you learn about “lifelong wellness” from taking this activity class?

This class was my first “lifelong wellness” it was something totally different from what I expected. Since we actually implement exercises routines that help improve physical activity. Also we were provided with informational links that have important information about flexibility, eating plans, breathing techniques, and body fat. All this comes in a complement to build up healthy habits i peoples like which I founded really interesting to put into practice in my life.     

How would you apply this information to your life?

As mentioned I founded this information really helpful also I learned things that I ignore before. Such as breathing techniques I knew that breathing was essential but not that there was different ways to  breath in order to control your heart rate after you exercise. As well as flexibility can be a stress relieve and make you feel relaxed after your workout. 

What is your intention to continue to exercise in your life and why?

I had suffer of over weight most of my life I continually try to lower it or to maintain within my actual weight. This class has help me become more active even when I have not lost weight as I desire. Still it notice that I build up body resistance and strength which help me keep up with the exercises that we practice. I am sure that now I will try to maintain staying actively even if I can do it two times per week. 

General ideas for improving this course?

I had a great time in this class I believe that has a great workout program I believe that everything seems to be flowing really nice.
